Catherine's Tasting

2022 Pinot Gris

Tasting Notes

Aromatics:  Lemongrass, baked apples, white flowers.

Palate:           Green apple, melon, baking spices.

Finish:            Light with notes of lemon pith.

2023 Chardonnay

Tasting Notes

Aromatics:  Pear, vanilla, toasted almonds.

Palate:           Lemon custard, stone fruit, coconut.

Finish:            Creamy with notes of tropical fruits.
