The Winery at La Grange is able to ship wine to over 30 states. Laws regarding direct shipment of wine are ever changing.  For more information or direct questions please contact us at 703-753-9360.

Age Disclaimer: Wine may only be purchased and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age . When wine is delivered, the person accepting the delivery may be required to show proof of age.

Delivery of the package depends on the distance from the winery and the day that the order was placed. We will process all orders in a timely manner but please allow 2 business days for processing.

In the event that you have not received the Products that you ordered please call us at 703-753-9360.

If the products you ordered arrived damaged, and the damage is visible do not accept the order from the shipping company. Please call us at 703-753-9360 to address the situation.

Any return claim due to a defect in the product will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and a replacement bottle may be offered if one is available or, if not, another may be substituted.  In this instance, keep the bottle, its unused contents, and the cork.  Wine should not be returned without prior approval from The Winery at La Grange. Please address all concerns of this nature to club@wineryatlagrange.com and make sure to include customer name and address, date of purchase, product name and vintage, and reason for concern.

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. The Winery at La Grange  will recommend when shipping is appropriate – if the customer insists on shipping outside of the recommended timeframes, The Winery at La Grange  is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes subject to you, the consumer.

The Winery at La Grange ensures that its customers’ personal information will be kept private and confidential. The Winery at La Grange is committed to maintaining clients’ privacy by safeguarding all account, transaction, and personal information. Such information is considered confidential and non-public.

We do not, under any circumstances, share, sell, or trade your personal information – email addresses, information collected as part of a survey, or specific details about you or your household – to or with anyone.

Moreover, we do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. Nor do we release credit card or financial information for use by other companies.
