Theresa Ruffo-Swanson, creator and owner of Distinguished Engagements (DE) catering service, has worked in hospitality for more than 20 years. She began as a bus girl and worked her way up to food and beverage manager. The oldest of six children, she spent most of her life in Fauquier County and surrounding areas.
