Our first Benoni’s White Blend is a blend of Petit Manseng, Chardonnay, and Vidal Blanc.
Winemaker Tasting Notes
Aroma: Herbal, tea, pumpkin pie crust, toasted almonds.
Palate: Pineapple, green tea, clove, citrus, lemongrass.
Finish: Black tea, soft finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Seafood, chicken corn, avocado, camembert.

Finish: Baking spice, vanilla.
Pairing Suggestions

Palate: Red fruit, fleshy plum, cherry.
Finish: Cherry cordial, chocolate.
Pairing Suggestions
Grilled beef, roast chicken, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, Gorgonzola, and red fruits.
Also pairs really well with cigars!
