Site Rental Fees include basic equipment needed for event set up, ask event coordinator for details.
Additional Equipment/Supplies/Set-Up requested may increase rental cost.

Any event beginning after 11am and concluding before 6pm
Barrel Room: up to 50 - $750; 51-75 people - $1000; 75+ people- $1500
Benoni's Lounge: up to 30 people - $500
BBQ Patio: up to 30 people - $500
Lawn Space or Barrel Room Patio up to 75 people - $750; 75+people- $1000
Wine Production Building: (Includes Barrel Room, Tank Room and Outside Patios) $1500

Any event on any day concluding after 6pm

Manor House Main Level as a pre-event Reception area: $200 per hour (1 hour minimum charge, 2 hour maximum)
The decision to use or not use a tent must be made 7 days prior to the event and cannot be changed once decided due to scheduling requirements of the tent rental company.
Tent rental prices will be quoted per event
Wine is charged on consumption but can be organized several different ways:
1. You choose a selection of wines to be offered to your guests, no glass limit. You will be charged per open bottle at conclusion of event. Any partial bottles become the property of the host and will be packed to go.
2. You choose a selection of wines to be offered to your guests and set a limit of bottles available. You will be charged for your selection. Additional wines can be added during the event if the host requests it.
3. Cash Bar - A selection of wines are poured by the glass and paid for as poured. Classic wines $5 per glass, Reserve wines $6 per glass.
Liquor is not permitted at The Winery at La Grange at any time.
Beer is permitted at private events under certain circumstances. The inclusion of beer must be discussed with and agreed upon by the Events Manager prior to the event.
The VA ABC procedure that allows beer at The Winery at La Grange is as follows: The event client is responsible for aquiring a Special Event (One Day) License. With that license the client is permitted to bring beer onto the property. The license is presented to the winery manager on duty and the beer is then put under the control of the winery staff charged with alcohol service. At the conclusion of the event, the client is required to remove all remaining beer from the property.

Food provided for any event must be catered.
