The Winery at La Grange is offering interested parties the opportunity to own a wine barrel at the new winery. This is similar to barrel program offered when the winery opened for 2006. First mixed case of wine in September 2008.
The number of wine barrels is limited to 32 this year, as of 5/10/07 all have been reserved. Contact Us if you are interested in reserving a barrel.
Barrel Club Information
Vicard Tonnelleries is a family owned and operated cooperage in Cognac with an annual production of over 30,000 barrels. Their barrels are sold all over the world and are especially in demand by producers of red wine, particularly Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The Vicard cooperage is run by Mr. Jean Vicard, Director and Owner, recipient of the distinguished "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" award, and his two sons Jean Louis, Export and Sales Manager, and Jean Charles, Quality Control Manager.
